In such a scenario, if two employees do come up to me to talk about the union staffs that are going around, I would surely give them a platform to discuss about the matter. This I would do mainly because, it would result in employee satisfaction and help them depend a lot of having a voice which I would listen to whether it be in regards to an idea that they might have evolved or it might be any form of complaint they want to place over.
