Q 1. If two employees said, “We want to talk to you about this union stuff that’s going around,” how would you respond?2. What are the advantages and disadvantages of management working with union members?
In such a scenario, if two employees do come up to me to talk about the union staffs that are going around, I would surely give them a platform to discuss about the matter. This I would do mainly because, it would result in employee satisfaction and help them depend a lot of having a voice which I would listen to whether it be in regards to an idea that they might have evolved or it might be any form of complaint they want to place over.
